On behalf of Zig, we are establishing the Ziggy Foundation. He touched many lives with his generosity and passion for the game of hockey. We want his legacy to live on so our hope is that through this foundation we will continue touching lives by providing young hockey players with scholarships and equipment. Our plans are to raise funds through donations and an annual hockey alumni game and golf tournament.
Thank you everyone for your continued support. The foundation was able to raise $7,100 in ticket sales. We will continue Ziggy's legacy and generosity by providing free equipment to underprivileged kids in addition to contribute to the Galen Head Jr. Memorial Scholarship fund.
